Name: Stealth Generator
Side: Nod
COST: $2500
ERA: Tiberian Sun
Base Asset: Tiberian aftermath

This is a swap for the C&C3 Disruption tower, however there is one major change that is worthy of discussion as well as a couple of smaller changes.

The biggest change is that the Stealth generator will stealth itself as well as everything that is within its stealth radius. So basically the 'please target here' sign that the Disruption towers had because they could not stealth themselves, is no longer an issue.

This clearly makes it even more difficult for your enemy in terms of getting information about your base if it is being cloaked.

However there are a few negatives to balance this out:

First off the Stealth generator is a lot more expensive than the Disruption tower, which in turn means that it will take longer to build.

Also the Stealth generator draws a lot more power than the Disruptor tower (the equivalent of an upgraded Nod power plant), so power usage could become an issue.

The Stealth generator has a slightly larger radius of effect, which means that it will comfortably stealth a medium sized expansion or a small base.

A look at the Stealth generators radius, plenty of room!

Do not underestimate the usefulness of the Stealth generator (especially against human opponents), denying information to your enemy is one of the key ways to gain an advantage. Combined with Nod's powerful base defences, you can create a tactical nightmare for your enemy.

Some Stats:
Cost: $2500 (C&C3 Disruptor tower = $1000)

Health: 5000 (C&C3 Disruptor tower = 3000)
Energy draw: -40 (C&C3 Disruptor tower = -10)

Stealth radius: 500 (C&C3 Disruptor tower = 450)

Nice. The shafts of light coming from the orb look nice, instead of just a soft glow.
