When I press login it tells me "Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hour Online"
-I'm using a facebook account
-I've used the facebook email to sign in
-I live in Australia (is the connection a problem?)
-I'm using windows 7

Make sure you use the proper login credentials.
Generals, ZH, and RA3 need the e-mail you signed up with as username. Password is the one you set in your profile (I checked, you set it). Nickname is whatever you want (that isn't taken).
