I got my steam version working perfect for every game thanks to the administrators we have here

Tengo problemas para conectarme y jugar online red Alert 3 , una ventana me dice " no se ha encontrado ninguna cuenta para la contraseña especificada" tampoco encuentro informaciòn en mi idioma , ni tutorial , ni avisos ni nada ,por favor aporten el link de la informaciòn en español , muchas gracias

I followed all steps showed in this video ,but in my computer ,a window open to tell me "impossible conection "
