I did, did not help, rebooted steam and it's fine now, thx a lot for your time and for doing all this! 
Ra3 wont load

So i did all like in the tutorial, but when i click at RA3 icon in the C&C:Online - the game wont load, it shows launcher pic, then closes up, and i'm at C&C:Online main menu again. Any solutions?
Normal Steam version, 1.12
