Im running the ultimate collection with fixed launchers and mods from Desura . How do I run mods via the C&C:online launcher?

I think you can just use the launcher to hook the games whose mods you want to use, then use the mod's shortcut.

I attempted that prior to the post. It just opens the launcher but wont launch the games. This only happens when hooking.

Try to use a direct shortcut to the mod, not via 2nd launcher?

 

Also, post the cnconline logfile please.

Hey, i have also the same problem, cannot use mods.. The mods needs to be opened via control center and it seems to be impossible to do so with the revora launcher??

Can you use C&C3 mods (custom maps)? 

 

I tried earlier but it said failed to upload to gamespy server.

Same issue  as Ironbear85. when running the mods from the EA browse button on their startup launcher, the game won't connect to the new C&C online server(S)

 

if you use the launcher provided by Revora, it only launches the vanilla game. does anyone have any ideas as I only play Tiberian Essence online?

2ND SOLLUTION.

I have the Ultimate Collection on Origin. I did a little bit of tinkering but I got Tiberium Essence mod to work with TW for Origin. I want to mention that I am also using Windows 8 just in case it matters. And If you want the option of playing vanila DO NOT TO THIS.

After you have downloaded the mod files.

1 )In the game file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command and Conquer 3 TW and KW\Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars

Add "TiberiumEssence_1.51" into that folder

2)In the Core file open the 1.9

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command and Conquer 3 TW and KW\Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Core\1.9

Add "TiberiumEssence.big" to that folder

3) In the same folder open the config file in notepad and edit it to this:

add-big patch9.big
add-big TiberiumEssence.big <---- this is the line you are adding
add-config ..\1.8\config.txt

Be sure that the config file is not Read Only(Properties). Save.

Done.
