When I played Zero Hour on gamespy if I removed someone they could message me and there was no way to block them since I have to actually see them in lobby and block them there. So I think it's something that can be taken care of.

Yeah, fixing that would be really worthwhile. It was the same in TW and KW. If I took someone off my buddy list (usually someone I added by mistake) they could still spam messages and game invites to me. There was nothing you could do to block them.
