Is there any way to use mods from desura with c&c online because when I launch it when hooked it will launch the online launcher then launch the vanilla game?

It should work if the game is hooked and you start the mod from Desura. If not, post your log file (explained in the "How to report issues" topic) and we can look into it.

i ment to say when i lauched the game from desura it lauched the online laucher like normal but after i clicked lauch red alert 3 it lauched the non modded game

and also the log file is empty

I see. Please post your log then.

 

Edit: Close the launcher and try again a few times. There should be something in the log, otherwise I can't help you.

the online worked correctly it did just not lauch with mod

i think i know the problem the online launcher does not allow launch options because to enable a mod you have to use the -modconfig option

also now my game says this when i  try to run it with the online launcher

I've just checked myself, I was able to launch an RA3 just mod fine by enabling hooking and launching the mod from Desura.
