I was able to connect to the game about 20 minutes ago, but now when I try to it's telling me cannot connect to zerohour online.

Im able to connect to Generals fine, but not zerohour,

From the logs it seems your game connects and then immediately disconnects again. This might be related to some of the server stability and robustness issues we're working on fixing. Try again a little later.

Also, I can connect to the multiplayer on generals without using the cnc.online launcher. I just tried to connect to zerohour , but no lock, any ideas regarding the estimated fix time?

If you're using GenTool 6.5, yes, you can now connect without the Launcher. Try the same for Zero Hour, it might work.

I have the gentool 6.5, I was not able to connect to either of the servers tho. Both CNC zerohour and CNC generals are unable to connect to the servers. I tried connecting by using your launcher, but still no luck. Could you help?

Games I'm having problem with: 

Cnc ZeroHour and Generals

Ultimate Collection Via origin

When I try to connect to the server on either of those games It tells me that it cannot connect, I have already installed gentool 6.5, and the fixed launcher. Earlier on in the morning I was able to connect to the servers and even played a game before I took a small break, and I was not able to connect to the servers anymore.

I am using windows 7 professional

I think the server has broken today / this evening. 

 

"Unable to Connect" and login.  Same for my friends also trying to play.   Was working yesterday fine.

Yeah, I wish there was a way to host personal server, so my friends and I could play together, or if there was a way to portforward.
