I have read the posting instructions................

I'm paraphrasing the error. You know it well enough. I  try to log in to CNC3 Online using my revora username: abenteau2015 as the Account name, the password I set for both my Revora account and CNC online in my profile settings, and the Online ID I set for CNC3 which is also abenteau2015. I have tried multiple combinations for the Online ID in case there was some issue with that.

Also occasionally getting the common error "could not connect to the backend server" or however it reads.

Don't paraphrase the error. Be precise and post your error log.

The 'could not connect to backend server' is on our side and shows when the server is down. It's currently up again.

You know the error. You have a real attitude towards posters on this forum. Perhaps you should direct your energy towards creating a workable program instead.

"The specified account or subaccount name wasn't found." Does that clear things up for you? Or have you already seen the error a million times on this forum and already knew exactly what I was talking about.

You should spend less energy in writing, and more in reading guide

Also, we cannot work, if u dont setup your issues as precisely as asked in guide.

Peace

What you perceive as an 'attitude' is me asking you for the required information I need to help you get your problem resolved.

Read your opening post; it described your actions, but not the problem in which they result. The error you got could have been one of several. We need full information because we don't have time to spend on guessing badly reported individual issues. We're not asking these things in the How to report issues thread (the one linked in BOLD RED FONT at the top of this subforum) for no reason.

Anyway, "The specified account or subaccount name wasn't found" usually means there is an issue with your account name. I've changed it to just 'abenteau' (sans the '2015'). See if that works. If it doesn't, I really will need your error log.

Brilliant reply. Bravo. Was that too much energy?

Thanks Mathijs, but I really don't have hours and hours to try to find a solution to your faulty program. I have read the instructions and have also seen how many people have had the exact same error, hence my preference for paraphrasing.

You should not promise something you cannot deliver. Go ahead and delete my account now if you like.

I did not ask you to spend hours and hours to find a solution. I asked you to provide us with the required information we needed to find the solution for you, as outlined in this thread: http://forums.revora.net/topic/89435-read-before-posting-how-to-report-issues/

If that is too much, just the specific error would've been enough to work with. That is what I meant by asking you to not paraphrase. Not that you actually did paraphrase; you just described your actions while leaving out the faulty result. A simple 'it tells me the account can't be found', that would've been an actual paraphrase.

But I can tell I'm dealing with a very special kind of asshole here, so I'll just lock the thread.
