Try opening port 16000 as well. From the Common Issues and Solutions thread:

Solution 3THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR RA3. If you own the regular editions, you can try opening port 16000 in your router settings. Go here if you don't know how. Use this to check if your port was succesfully opened. Afterwards, find your game's Options.ini (for Generals and Zero Hour these can be found in "username\Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data", the other games can be found by typing %appdata% in the Windows search bar and opening the game's folder there). Open Options.ini, remove the GameSpyAddress = x.x.x.x line, and add the following:

FirewallBehavior = 1
FirewallNeedToRefresh = FALSE
FirewallPortAllocationDelta = 0
FirewallPortOverride = 16000

No fuel left for the pilgrims

Yes. Save it, set the file to Read Only (right click > properties), and open port 16000.

One more thing.

In my "options.ini" there are a line that says: IPAddress = 10.0.0.5

That is my routers IPAdress and not my computers IPAdress.

Could that be a probleme?

Change it to your computers IP.

Or remove the Gamespy lines completely.

"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

I just downloaded the C&C TUC - Ficed Launchers Setup. Now my Options.ini file is changed so all that I did change as described above is gone. I still can´t play online with more than 1v1, have you any solution for that. I can see that other than me has posted the same issue? Please help!
