I don't have a record of those name (we did not reserve CCG and ZH names) so you should be able to go on to the server and make them as a new names (by logging in with it in the Online ID box).
I can see that there may be a possible challenge over the name WANTED as the name "Wanted" has been in use by a well know Tiberium Wars player. You need to be aware of that, but there is no objection to you using the name for the time being.
