Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hours Online

I HAVE READ THE HOW-TO THREAD
When I am trying to log in online in c&c generals zero hour [normal] it says "Could not connect to C&C Generals Zero Hours Online"
I am using Windows 8. Installed everything.
Did try it for nearly 20 times , but it is awlays that same..
Haven't found it in common problems & solutions topic.

Don't use the C&C:Online launcher to go to Gen/ZH online. Just install GenTool and run the game as you normally would.

Did you unhook the games from the C&C:Online launcher?
Are you sure you're using your Revora forum email and your C&C:Online password (NOT your Revora forum password)?

Yes, I did unhook the games and i use my c&c online password..
