Me and my friend wanna play coop ra3 and were in the same house and internet. whenever we try to play, we the connection 1-2 problem. we can each play with other people except for each other. does anyone know how to fix this issue?

The connection 1-2 problem is frequent. It may take a minute or two until connections are settled.

If your playing in the same network, you might need to disable Windows Firewall (or any firewall) for private networks as well as for public.
