The last log showed a patching failure. Can you delete the content of the log and try to log in again so we can be sure what we are dealing with.

Whenever I attempt to connect to the Canadian Virtual US servers in Toronto the software is unable to obtain an IP address. I have no problem with servers in the US: 10/31/2014 6:55:29 AM Connecting...

Are you getting "Cannot connect to the back end server" or "Cannot connect to Kane's Wrath Online". At worst, it ought to be the latter.

If that is the case, please go into Options->Settings->Network and make sure that the IP address shown there is one on your network (192.168 or maybe 10. something). If there is more than one IP address, try the other one.

When did you last try to get online, because you're not showing in the log for yesterday at all? That is strange, given that your game appears to be patching properly.

There's no sign of you in the log at all, which there should be as your game is patching properly. Please could you disable any firewalls you have (including Windows Firewall) and then try again.
