1) How can your CD key be stolen if it's on a booklet that's supposed to be in your room or wherever?
2) Google one. C&C:Online doesn't differentiate authentic from otherwise obtained ones.

how can i get a serial number because my cd key was stolen

A second-hand CD-key is not the same as a cracked game. Just grab a key from the net and install. The latest GenTool should work fine.
