H@RveStEr_4-eVeR is too long for a Kane's Wrath nick name. You need to lose on character. If the shortened name is available then there is no reason why you should not have it. Just log in with the new version as your OnlineID and that will make the name for you. If somebody is already using the name, the game will tell you.
