Hello!

I recently started to get back into modding and I downloaded 3DS Max 2009. I installed the W3D enhanced importer and for some reason I get this popup when trying to auto bind. Any ideas and or suggestions?

Hm.. odd, i think its due to you having a too high version of max, but obviously i don't know for sure...

Someone else would have to confirm this :p

I remember a time where Max 7 and 8 were the only compatible versions.

That is still the case. I can PM you a link for 3ds max 8 (the best one).

Hi Elric,

The Auto-Bind function uses a couple of functions from the EA's plugin (Max2w3d.dle) and, since the latter is incompatible with 3dsMax's versions from 3dsMax 2009 on, auto-binding doesn't work with them either. (Alas!)

Cheers!
