You know that you might have to forward those ports to your computer on your router settings or make your computer the DMZ on your network (google your router or look on portforward.com)?

sry i am a bit retarded :) what ip  should i Enter For DMZ ?

I never said it was easy. :p You'll need to google your router to find out how to send all traffic to a particular computer on your network. You might also have to configure your network card to give your computer a static IP address on the network and then tell the router to forward everything to that IP address. There are some instructions for doing that here; PortForward.com. It depends on your modem; it might allow you just to name the computer that gets all of the traffic. Go to the full post

You can try running the game as Administrator. Quite frankly I don't know why that might solve connection problems between players, but apparently it can help.
