Do you have any kind of VPN adapters/interfaces? More than one network card? Your disconnect after the initial server connection looks like what I experience with users having those..

Im getting the cannot connect error message. I have forwarded the port, adjusted the options.ini doc according to numerous suggestions (all failed), and just about everything else ive read. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them; its been close to 3 hours of troubleshooting and im about to develop a drinking game for it.
Im sure im missing something obvious or have done something stupid, but I cant quite figure out what that is.

Did you remove the gamespyipadress line in your options ini? Is your firewall blocking the connection?
Just to make sure, you are starting the game via the T3A launcher? Could you post your logfile from %TEMP% ?

Ive tried removing the line and altering it to read my current ip; both with read only enabled, but no results. Ive checked the allowed programs list for my firewall and as far as I can tell everything that should be allowed is. Yea Im starting it through the launcher and using the revora credentials to try and go in for online play. As for the logfile, I could probably post it I would just need a little more specifics as to what and where that is(I a better job of pretending I know this stuff than I actually do knowing it).

Yea made sure that they were both cleared.. DMZ?
--Im not sure if this is related at all, but while the game is running it doesnt list the port under settings nor let me enter one, could be nothing or something I wouldnt have the slightest idea.

Please post your Options.ini file here and then type in your explorer adress line %TEMP% press enter, look for a file called T3AOnline_Log.txt and post it, too.

Add this to your Options.ini:
FirewallBehavior = 1 FirewallNeedToRefresh = FALSE FirewallPortAllocationDelta = 0 FirewallPortOverride = 16000

just turned it off, still no luck. This about the time ill ask dumb questions, you enter through the multiplayer online tab correct? My understanding (in regular people terms) is that the T3A server is actually what you are logging in to?
Posted 16 February 2015 - 12:48 AM
Yes, multiplayer tab, then online. The interface will show you Revora account name, nickname and more fields ot enter your data

Posted 16 February 2015 - 12:53 AM
Sorry I was not precise. It won't show you revora account name for bfme2, only for bfme1 .

Phew. For a second I thought I was missing something massive; although I apparently still am because the community doesnt seem to want me.

Looks like you connect but then disconnect for some reason.
