Necron Nightbringer (?!)

Hi guys,

I have never ever encountered the Necron Nightbringer (or Deceiver) when I fight Necrons. Even when my game last well over half an hour and the Monolith is out.

Is this intentional?

So... when is 3.1 coming out?! :D

What changes/improvements are you thinking for 3.1? Are you firstly, waiting for the SS patch to come out and then proceed with your own?
