Hi, I'm getting the "CA public key patching routine failed" error. I have followed the guide for fixing this issue found in the "Read Before Posting" post as well as a number of other guides (specifically allowing bypass of Firewall and testing in other compatibility modes) but haven't found a way to get it to work. I've also consulted a friend (who has managed to get it to work on his machine) who says by his understanding everything is set up correctly. Are the any other known issues that can cause this error that I might have missed?

PC is using Windows 10, game is from the Premier Edition (steel cased hard copy)

Update.

Managed to fix this particular issue myself- turns out I can get it to work if, and only if, my VPN is in the process of connecting or disconnecting, not if it is either off or on. I swear this PC is a cursed entity, I always end up with weird bugs.
