Hi everybudy! Im a newb to this sight, and a newb to modding. I am (atleast I think I am) familiar with .ini thanks to Hostile wonderfull articles 
thanksAny way I want to give elven Cah the toggle weapons option thats bugged me through out my B4ME 2 expierence, and also mabye give them some of Elrond, or anouther Elven hero's ability. Ive already toyed with there stat points.. so I think I can find my way around there... anyway even though this is probably posted somewhere... thanks
