[TW& KW] Account name in use

Today isn't my day. I cannot log in either game without getting the "The specified Online ID or account name is already in use" error. Once again, i'm using Windows 10 and have The Ultimate Collection on Origin.

[Zero Hour] Can't Connect to C&C ZH Online

I'm using the Ultimate Collection and Origin, I've installed the Launcher Fix and am using GenTool. At about 4:00:20 PM Eastern Time, I tried to connect and came up with a "Can't Connect to C&C ZH Online" error. Can anyone shed any light on this? Also using Windows 10.

Edit: Tried again at 4:06 PM with Generals, and still nothing.
