GLA AI not building anything

Yeah, so unfortunately I have a new problem...Apparently the AI in game, when I am playing a skirmish, will not build anything...I am not sure if it is all factions, but this has only started happening today...

Anyone have a plausible reason why this is happening?

Cannot Play as China factions

Yeah, so all the other factions will load and let me play...But the Chinese ones will not.

I am using the Ultimate Edition version of Zero Hour off of Origin.

Can someone tell me how to fix the problem?
