Migrating to new win11 pro desktop pc. EA App has been downloaded and games in library. Attempts to launch game (C&C Zero hour) loads to 43% and the freezes with the subject error message. Think this is a common issue. Tried clearing cache and app recovery no success. drivers are all up to date running current directx12. Ran fine on my win10 desktop before migration. Reached out to EA help no response yet.
Any suggestions ?
