How I can change graphics settings for Mission Editor? It not get values from Local.ini file, this file contain dynemiclights parameter and change it value or remove Local.ini not affect ME, but I need test dynamic lights in ME and I don't know how I can increase dynamic lights spots for ME

THE WAR APPROACHES
Modification what have target to firstly add new custom necron dynasties with different features and make some changes for other races
This mod rework necron race to 3 dynasties (in future have plans increase to 5) as different selectable races, dynasties have unique units, abilities and other objects
This is short info about public dev-build with new build infos, after refactoring mod attributes this list will changed:

Zateh Units
1. Zateh - dynastie what use deceit and inflitration
Unit list:
1. Kanoptek Scarabs - weak builder squad, what have models of scarabs what release tomb spyder in basic Soulstorm
2. Basic Warriors

4. Immortals - moved from Tier-2 to Tier-1 and has more price and need Sumoning Core, but after upgrade to Tier-2 have lower price

7. Pariahs - moved from Tier-3 to Tier-2 and has lower damage, health and effects
8. Strike Pariahs - new Tier-2 unit, pariahs equipped by gauss flayers ( you can buy only Pariahs or Strike Pariahs )
