I used Facebook to create my revora account and i am getting the "Cannot find account or subaccount" message. Please help!

Kanes Wrath Win 7 Ultimate Collection. 

I figured that the servers were just down but for the past few days I get the same message. "Cannot connect to backend server" when trying to log into multiplayer for the first time. I've read all the other threads dealing with this issue and nothing has worked. I made a thread a few days ago that got no reply from admin. No error log is created with this. There is nothing regarding C&C in my temp folder. Please help!

I am using Origin. Win 7.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game. I have the download needed for the ultimate collection. Error message "unable to launch Kanes Wrath." Help is very much appreciated.
