A Bigger Map

Here is a larger map I modified. It is now 2x larger, fleets also have 150% more range otherwise the game would crash on loading. The Outer Rim map may not work with the size. Also the Minimap doesn't fit anymore. If anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate it.

GC crashes without exception error

Is there anyone else who's GFFA map just randomly crashes after a long time? Say 40-60 weeks in? There is no single thing that causes it. Could it just be the EAW engine giving out after a certain amount of time because of all the planets and ships? Though this might be stated as the GFFA GC is unstable and I know that Pheonix is working on A fix for 1.1 is there any way to fix it? If not and the fix is in 1.1 how long till 1.1 is out? (I know I shouldn't be asking that from a modder.) But a general idea of when the patch will be out would be greatly appreciated.
Apart from the GFFA crash with no exceptions the mod works perfectly.

Idea to expand shipbuilding options

I liked Z3r0x's idea of building corperations on planets so you could then build advanced speacialized ships. It could increase the amount of ships available while keeping below the limit of 24 for the UI. Though adding a scroll feature or another line for ships would make this pointless. You could have a shipyard set up on the planet from a certain company (KDY, CEC, Rendilii, MC, ect.) That allows you to build more ships than what a standard starbase layout would be. Why limit ships to certain planets? If you have enough money you could build the shipyards that allow you to build the Death Star on Byss or Tatooine instead of limiting the player to Endor. Though I think Shipyard level should be horribly expensive and only one corporation per planet. The Corperations headquarter planet could give time disconts to building their shipyard to those who control them and maybe allow the opposite side to build that company if they don't support them. Say the Rebels could build a KDY shipyardat Kaut, and only at Kuat, if they owned it, up to Capital, and build some KDY ships. The wouldn't get the discount but they could still build some of there ships. Same with the Empire. Please post your toughts on this.

Summary:
Build "Corperate Shipyards" to increase amount of ships one could build.
One company per planet.
Different levels. (Corvette, Frigate, Cruiser, Capital, Large Capital, Super Capital, Death Star)
More flexibility in shipbuilding locations.
Corperate HQ Planets can provide cost and time cuts to Shipyards rather than limiting the player to build there exclusivly and the opposite side can build some of the enemies ships there for
