i cant login in the game!!!!!

is my accout blocked or banned?

suddently i cant login,if my account is not blocked,then what is causing it?

am i able to connect with ipv6 interet to the server?

if yes,how?

i tried port forwarding but still cant manage to open the ports!

modem- technicolor tc-7200

saturday and sundat i had no internet,internet was back up again on monday and since then im un-able to connect to any game!

i did the portforwarding thing...didnt worked.

did the hard reset router thing...didnt work

and after hard reset,also tried portforwarding,didnt work!

....i have the feeling that the internet thing is not the real problem....but the gentools !

i can remember that the last time i played command and conquer....after closing down the game...there was a cmd-like-window which was supposed to be gentool updating something?

and then i downloaded gentools 7.3 and after that i unistalled gentools 7.3 and installed 7.2 back again.

and still doesnt work!
