Problems with Battle for Middle-Earth 2 & The Rise of the Witch-King

I Have just download Battle for Middle-Earth 2 & The Rise of the Witch-King from a torrent site . But when i started install it tells me that no Battle for Middle-Earth 2 has found . Is there any probability that the cause of all this things is that the Battle for Middle-Earth 2 is copy ? :crazed:
PLZ help me because i saw some pictures oF the game and i get crazy with it .
My thoughts is that the game can't locate the base game.how can i fixed it? :ph34r:
