I just googled around a bit now and i found that on my router you can't set DMZ , The only way is too open the ports required. I found this guide

But it seems to be more ports or something because these ports didn't work. You have any ports on your mind ?

I asked you how to in a other post , I got Technicolor TG799vn v2 router but i can't find any guides at all how to do it. :(

That sounds like either a quality issue with your internet connection or the player to player ports being closed or blocked. You could try setting your computer as the DMZ (you will need to Google your router to see how to do that).

To improve the quality of your internet connection, you should try to reduce electrical noise on the incoming connection into your modem (try to make sure there are no mains leads near it).

How come my internet works on everything else then ? Like hamachi,Garena,Csgo steam,Origin, I got average 35-50 ping. Im from sweden , i got a 30 mbit down. I got 2 mbit upload. It's not my internet i can promise you. It gota be something i haven't done that blocks communication :( Something you haven't learned about yet or so, It's realy sad cause i was so fucking hyped too play this game. But seems like you don't have any real knowledge or so , So thank you for trying at least It's a nice thing ur dong with C&C online , But sadly it got so many issues.
