One way is that you could split up ur text into separate triggers, and vary the elapsed time between each trigger. Or you could create a chain of enabled triggers, with the last text trigger enabling the next text trigger after some elapsed time and so on...
Short answer is "yes", but you'll need to figure a way out to extract out the maps. I'm not sure if posts telling people how to extract official MO stuff is allowed, all I can say for now is that there is a way to do it.
I know what your saying but my real question... If i have two enemy Ai can i have the typical Ai and Ai you mentioned to turn off triggers in same game seperately??
If I understand you correctly, are you trying to achieve something like?:
Enemy AI 1: Typical Behaviour (i.e. like in Skirmish)
Enemy AI 2: Do nothing; won't build or attack
If so, create a trigger to disable AI triggers for the enemy player you want only, in this case "Enemy AI 2" for example
