the newest windows 10 update messes with the game, you will have to reroll back to the previous version to make it work.

Will it be fixed in the following update?

Hi, it seems that after some windows10 update, I and my friend have trouble to play the multiplayer game. We can enter the game, however in loading screen, we only can see our own loading bar, others seem disconnected. 

The game will finish with only ourself enter the game.

CnC lobby is fine, game starts is fine too.

 

But we use winXP to run the same game, it is fine.

Above problem only happens in our win10 system. I am not sure which log file should I provide.
