Im so sorry for disturbance now it works 

I was missing the options.ini file for the roaming folder

thanks a ton man for your help and support     

okey  , so the good news is there is no message for insert CD/DVD

and the bad news is that the games crashes when the splash screen is loading

well so now what I did was 

1- completely reinstalled the game from the original iso file which is 5.5 Gb

2- checked for updates from the C:/prgram files/ Electronic Arts and it was updated successfully to version 1.06

3 - mounted the mini image (mds file) using daemod tools lite

4 - started the patch switcher downloaded from here http://www.thebfme.c...ad-bfme-ii.html

5 - chose patch 1.08 started the game and also didn't work for me 

I also have the special edition iso file which is 3.5 Gb tried these steps above and also didn't work 

my problem mainly lies within the mini images I don't really know what more should I be doing??
