I use Dreamweaver MX 2004, 30 day trial then buy if like. Thats the only drawback. But it does all the languages, php, html, javascript, all but flash . Thats where Flash MX 2004 comes in handy. For images it's Fireworks MX 2004. But if you do not like Fireworks MX 2004, there is always Adobe Photoshop. Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and Flash are all Macromedia products. But I use them for all my site needs. Try, you might like them .
