Sometime, even just next router doesn't help. If you have any mains electrical cable near, it can interfer a lot. What is suggesting ToxicShock can help you locate where the problem is. If it was really a quality of service issues, using a wired connection will completely solve it and you would be completely fixed about your problem.

I don't have the ultimate edition and i don't know neither what replace the launcher fix but from your say, i have the feel you updated your game with the original non ultimate update (tw 1.9), since you don't say anything for kane wrath and that it work good, i suspect your update to be a wrong one that replaced some important file from the digital version to the dvd version. How did you updated your game? Origin version should get up to date itself without any user interaction.

It may not be important in that case but it's better to update first if required then only apply the launcher fix (the update may replace some file that the launcher fix may have already replaced per example)
