Tenshi Rocketeer

  • Cost: $900
  • Speed: 35 (flying)
  • Hitpoints: 150
  • Armor Class: Flak
  • Prerequisite: Allied Barracks, Air Force Command HQ
  • Purpose: Anti-Infantry, Anti-Aircraft
  • Weapon: Type-42K Cryo integrated HMG(x2)
  • Range: 7

This infantry replaces the Rocketeer for Pacific Front.

After the success of the latest Pacific Front's developments in advanced armored flight suits of the 'Garuda' power armor in which a few were made. The Japanese along with Korean scientists and technicians decided that in order to support Norio on his mission, they created an alternative version of the suit called the Light Garuda power armor which were far less expensive but yet still way better advanced flight suits than the standard flight suit used by the rocketeers. After all the prototype tests results were positive the lighter version of the suit were granted green light by the council and were mass produced for use in the Pacific Front’s rocketeer divisions.

The suits yet inferior to the powerful Garuda suit used by Norio, still are a lot better than the average standard flight armor used by the americans or the europeans rocketeer divisons. The slightly costly suits can fly faster and are in general more durable taking more hits than the ordinary rocketeer can. The integrated heavy machine guns on the suits combines cryogenic bullets which in additional to normal shots causes frost damage, freezing infantry quickly to their deaths. By the cryogenic nature, they also damage aircrafts a lot faster than unusual, rapidly deteriorates aircrafts metals, especially when Tenshis are in groups. This  makes the Tenshi rocketeers a greater foe to be feared.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In short summary:

Retextured or new models of the rocketeers which instead of normal orange/red muzzle firing flash , the color is now blue indicating cryogenic nature. They are faster and have small HP boost. They take both infantry and aircraft faster than normal rockeeters but costs a lot more. Also the word Tenshi means "Angel" in Japanese. I have suggested this before but got no feedback, now that there are more users on the suggestion thread, i try again.

Morales' team-kill is intended to balance his superb range and firepower.

As for Tengu Strike, best to wait until you see it ingame, or look for it on the streams.

Thank you for the explanation, I'll look forward to see the Tengu Strike in action, then.

Or you can watch Zenothist use it here on this BR2 preview stream...

At around 01:06:40 Zeno used Tengu strike. Take in mind that he used this support power wrongly since this is purely anti-armor attack. which is why ore refinery (structure) didn't take almost no damage at all :p

It looks like three small drone aircraft just fly in ramming into stuff.

Or see it from Hecthor Doomhammer perspective here

#958752 Beta Revision 2: Proposed Changelog

There have been several changes in the change log in case some of you guys didn't know...

"- Siege Cadre price decreased from $550 to $450 "

Ah cheaper than $500!, guess the discussion about siege cadre being underpowered paid of. Nice.

"- added a new unit for Russia, 'Perun Flagship' by mevitar, which enhances the powers of tesla weapons nearby one-by-one or with a single strike similar to now removed Overcharge, build limited to 1, available after building a Palace "

A new unit! I like it, though a little sad overcharge is gone, well guess the perun will take that role now.

"- Tyrant is now subterranean just like Driller, price increased from $1300 to $1400, explodes with several toxin bombs similar to old Molebomb's debris"

Wow i can't wait to unburrow several tyrants and driller APC in the heart of the base causing chaos
Though will the tyrant get its model updated to reflect this change? like some drillers on front or something like that?

Speaking of mysterious origins...I believe Scorpion Cell leader Rashidi is actually Kane in disguise...

Since the soviets gets the sensor tower to detect cloaked units, can the allied spy satellite be able to detect cloaked units in a small circle where ur cursor is? sure the allied have units and infantry which detect stuff (Heroes, navy seal, robot tanks etc) but it still feels kinda unfair when the soviet also have units and infantry which detects stuff... about epsilon aswell, perhaps make scout raven have detection capabilities? This way spy satelitte and scout raven will still be used late game, not only in the beginning...thoughts?

How about adding late game economic buildings to all three sides?

Allied: oil derrick like structure, which acts like two oil derricks, requires tech center

Soviet: Driller like structure spawning ores around the building for ore miners, requires palace/science lab/battle lab

Epsilon: Slave miners are back, requiring pandora hub, and seeing as snipers are no longer in skirmish which could render them useless, and no op cause tier 3? still lots of anti-infantry weaponry, but you would have some kind of escort to them.
