Ive contacted them and they dont´have any specific solution, they´re hell bent on troubleshooting their way out of this which isn´t doing anything. The forums at www.generals.ea.com don´t tell me anything special about this error. I´ve tried to google it and it doesn´t give any answers. I´ve tried to uninstall the game and installing it again, i´ve deleted the options.ini and renaming the app data, i´ve even tried to lower the CPU affinity for the game to just one CPU, i´m out of ideas and the troubleshooting that the support team at EA has advised me to do hasn´t done anything
and believe me, the list is getting really long on what i´ve tried to do to get the game to run properly (i feel so violated 
) . The game maybe runs for 10 - 15 mins, then shuts down with this error. If anyone knows the solution, he is not only smarter than the support team at EA, he is frikking AWESOME! as there has no one been able to fix this error yet
p.s. my friend is also getting this error and we both don´t have any viruses and our hardware isn´t over heating, we checked and the hardware is very good which we use (quad core, 4 GB RAM and stuff).
