I was thinking that mordor could have black numenorean cavalry: the black company that escorts the mouth of sauron out of the black gates. black numenorean swordsmen or sorcerers (the mouth of sauron and the ringwraiths were both described as great sorcerers) could also be recruitable from the hall of the king's men (i know the name is taken from rotwk, but the original black numenoreans called themselves the king's men)

i think that with the departure of rhun and harad (and i hope in 4.8 the corsairs), black numenoreans could add a new dimension to mordor. they would probably be limited in number, acting as the very elite cavalry or heavy infantry.

i don't like quoting games workshop, because it isn't canon, but they also have "morgul knights", which are black numenoreans with armor and helmets similar to the mouth of sauron.
