FIXED: It was the bonus "FreeInnUnitsBonus". I have changed the Inns a bit so must have screwed it up.

Ok, scrap all that!

 

I have been testing and testing to find out what was causing the crashes and have finally made some progress. What causes the crash is when any of my new faction unify the region of Forodwaith, either on their own or with the help of any of the other factions. I've been through all the files that I can think off and can't find anything that might help. Anyone got any ideas???
