Yeah, no. I was hoping they'd go and put their own spin on the story, but sliding it in between the two triologies... I suspect it will limit the entertainment value because they have to try and keep it somewhat related to the mood and themes of Jackson's films. Then again, I could be wrong. I'll look forward to seeing trailers giving us a taste.

I don't mind a lot of the soundtrack that Zimmer and Wallfisch made for 2049. Seeing that movie with the sound set loud and right is an experience.

This singing modulator thing (called a talkbox, cool stuff) looks awesome, and of course, classic Daft Punk song symphonic cover is cool too.

Hmm, haven't seen WW yet, premieres tomorrow, gotta check out them songs.

public release of the latest Ayreon album today, and Arjen is nice enough to upload all the songs on youtube himself.

I'll just post one of the songs I liked the best from the listenings I've had of it so far.

They've released a 5-minute preview of Ghost in the shell film

Clint Mansell doing the soundtrack, I can't say I hear much of him in this preview clip, but I do approve. The mood looks right at least, only thing that can go wrong here is if the plot is too watered out.
