That would require creating an entirely new Create a hero class... Editing the model and binding it to animations to make it so it will have a fellbeast even... the you have to put it in game, then you would have to remake powers for it so it would work well with the new animations.

Yes, Basically all the units on the Elven Team's have it... Look for a stealth broadcast or something i can't remember... Thurandil.ini is a good place to look.
EDIT: Take peek for InvissibilityNugget in Thurdandil.ini like Radspakr said, The Stealth broadcast is something different, it grants stealth to nearby units am i correct? not the actual unit itself?

Rain of arrows is CAH yes... But Legolas also has his own version (but it is the same thing also.) but yes, there are tutorials on T3A about adding one hero power to another.
