I haven't got BFME2 installed right now so i can't see for sure, but i'm guessing EA has deleted the scripts for the multiplayer version of the map. The waypoints shouldn't affect the AI's building system, as that is done through the AI libraries, and not individual maps.

I'm guessing those waypoints are leftover from the campaign missions, where the scripts tell the AI to build a specific building in a specific spot.

Welcome to T3A ^_^

Those waypoints are most likely to do with scripted missions in the various campaigns, and they just weren't removed for the skirmish versions of the maps. They don't affect the map in skirmish, and you don't need to place these waypoints if you're making your own map.

If you want to hide the waypoints so you can see the map better in WB, just go to "View" and untick "Show Waypoints" :)


Thank you for the reply, but i knew that i can show or show off the waypoints. Onlyy i wanted to know what were these red waypoints.

Another question:
In erebor apears some waypoints titled:
Player_X_BuildPlot_X

I believe that are tactical markers for the AI where it have to put her buildings, no?
But I don't see the scripts for it. Thank you in advance.
