I Think it would be better for the next patch update to be slipped into a document if it really comes to be.If I have enough time, I might update 2.0 somehow or at least provide a full manual for it. Definitely later though.

Randoms have them aswellActually when you make random maps, by luck you can either see a time machine or police station. just use foresite game mode to see it easier
