RA 3 The User Supplied An Invalid Password

Hello, i just had an issue resolved here with RA3 not launching. Now that it has been solved, it wont let me sign in. i click on register, but im already registered. Im using the same email, password and ID. i use here and on C&C Online.

 

Please help! my information is correct but i keep getting "The User Supplied An Invalid Password" messege.

RA3 NOT LAUNCHING

Hello.

 

My RA3 and C&C Online have always worked up until I had to factory reset my PC. I have an Asus NoteBook Windows 10 AMD RADEON Dual Graphics. I reinstalled Steam, C&C Online, and RA3 the same way I did before. Now, the game wont launch at all. Not from steam, not from Desktop app, and not from C&C Online. I'm getting all the problems everyone is talking about. ( Literally all of them).

If I click on RA3 app, C&C launches, I then click on RA3, it loads for about 10 seconds and I get " Exception in exception handler" message.

if I click C&C Online, then click RA3, it loads for about 10 seconds and I get " CA public key routine failed" message.

If I unhook RA3 from C&C online, and then launch it from steam, I also get " Exception in exception handler" message.

 

Every time I launch RA3 from C&C online, either I get C&C online not responding, or another C&C Online window pops up while the other one is still loading the game. ( Game only loads for at most 10 seconds then either crashes or disappears.)

 

​I have tried all compatibility versions although it used to work just fine before I did a factory reset.

I have tried run as administrator as well, same issues.

 

when I bought the PC, as stated above, I installed the game the exact same way. But now it doesn't work!

 

What to do?
