This is in brief and this is also on the topic of why Khamûl was not the lietenant of Minas Morgul.....
During the Rise of the Witch-Kings war in Eraidor, Khamûl was in Dol Guldor with Sauron , doing stuff, and so when Gandalf found out the so called Necromancer was Sauron, the dark lord fled to Mordor so some time later Khamûl [1] became the lord of Dol Guldor hence not being the Lt. of Minas Morgul. Dont ask me why Gothmog was.

Note: Feel free to contridict me becuase im rusty on my lore, I dont know the fine points but thats a really short breif on what I know, I may be wrong in soem places so I would like it if you corrected me in a constructive way

and so he was not stationed in Minas Morgul

For some reason when I play skirmish mode and I play as harad two bugs come up:
1) At the citadel, there are no heroes,
2) All the building have the same image, but different names, but if I try to build the stables then the barracks are built (same with every other building,they all come out as harad)I have installed and un-installed the mod but the same bug comes up.
