So, RA3 misses like 70% of my inputs.In-game mostly esc, q, f, enter. In the main menu it is only esc and backspace, letters work flawless. I am using a laptop with the integrated keyboard, so no package-loss there. Also windowed mode fixes the problem for a short time. Now, how does this happen and how do I change it? It worked once, why is it all fucked up now? :-(
Edit: mouse works completely fine
Edit2: solved the problem by disabling nvidia shadowplay
