Guys I need help! [Resolved]

Guys, I just recently downloaded the Mental Omega mod and I have C&C the first decade yuri's revenge. When I try to play the campaign its still the same as the yuri's revenge campaign. what should I do?

oh and another question. I also downloaded the other necessary patches and Np_SE_0022 but the Npatch won't install and it says that I need to patch red alert 2 to 1.001 even though it is already patched. Oh and another thing, the patches are in .rar format right? And I have a Visualboy Advance emulator to play some pokemon games and for some reason when I try to open a patch the emulator opens. what should I do?

Mental Omega Won't run

Hey guys I'm kinda new here and I just downloaded Mental Omega: Almost Perfect Yuri's Revenge v2.0 Build PSI and NPSE0022 and it won't run
It says I don't have the game even though I have it. What Should I do!?!?!?!?!?!?
