Error activating mod [Resolved]

Hi, I have clean installation of Red Alert 2 Yuri Revenge (it is CNC First Decade German version). I have Npatch Special edition 1.05.0022 installed. Red Alert 2 1.006. Yuri Revenge 1.001. Everything seems fine. I can launch Meantal Omega APYR -2.0psi.

However, when i click "ACTIVATE THE MOD", I got "error activating mod" window pops up.

Please help. Thanks in advance.
