I thought you guys said you were going to slow down on the updates after 008. ;) Just kidding, I love how you're still pushing forwards and how much you guys have gotten done! I can hardly wrap my head around how fast you guys have gotten all of this stuff done. Keep up the good work, you guys have made an avid and die-hard Generals fan proud. :)

Hello Contra team. :D I'm saddened to hear that Creator left but I'm glad to see you two taking on the reins of this old and amazing modification. I also downloaded Beta 2 as soon as I could and began testing it with my favorite general the laser general!

Unfortunately, I tested it in the challenge mode, and the first general you face in challenge mode is the airforce general. As you guys probably know the map crashes after about 10 minutes of playing. I'm not here to complain about it though. :) I'm here to tell you guys that I've come up with a small fix for it. I've simply went into the map editor and added a trigger that make the mission complete as soon as it starts. It's not exactly a bug fix for the problem but it is a hotfix for those that want to play their other generals through the challenge.

As I tested it, I couldn't put it back into the FinalBig. (Might just be my own noobiness though, I doubt it's the game's fault) and a quick easy way to fix it was to add a folder called "Maps/GC_AirGeneral" and put the new map in there. If you guys would like I can give a download of the map or you could do it yourself. (It's really easy, not even kidding) and the fact that you just plop the maps folder into your generals directory makes this a quick simple fix for it. ^^

Any questions or comments, get back to me on here. ;)

It's great to see you guys keeping the mod alive again. If I can help in any way please ask and I'll try my best. (I'm shit with scripting but I played with the game's unit code and such a long time ago and some of the knowledge has carried over)
